Sterling Silver Half Hunter Mechanical Pocket Watch by Jean Pierre

A handsome classic sterling silver, half hunter pocket watch from Jean Pierre of Switzerland.

One of the attractive features of this beautiful watch is the engine-turned pattern on the hallmarked sterling silver case. The decoration, of a type sometimes called “guilloché”, encircles the case window, along with clear, black Roman numerals. The case window reveals the classic white dial inside, also with black Roman numerals. There is a seconds sub-dial at six o’clock, and the dial is completed by decorative period hands. The watch is powered by a Swiss 17 jewelled mechanical movement.

The half hunter watch comes with a matching Albert chain and presentation box. This is a truly lovely watch, which would make a wonderful present for any horologist.
